Yemen, UNICEF sign $72.6 mln educational agreement

This is great. The more money the international community drops into education in Yemen the better. I fully support the UAV (aka drone) campaign in Yemen; however anyone who has worked on stability operations long enough knows that education and infrastructure are the keys to long term successes.
